I offer a multi-layered approach, depth analysis, somatic work, parts/complex identification, dreamwork, and neurodivergence-informed insight. Whether we start with the body, relationships, or the unconscious, we work at the level where real change happens.
My understanding of the unconscious, neurodivergence, and complex relational systems comes not only from two decades of clinical practice, but from my own descent—my midlife transition, late-diagnosed ADHD, parenting neurodivergent children and my own analysis. I have not just studied depth- I live it and am honoured to dedicate my life to this work.
Hi I’m Pamela,
My Approach
Expertise
Relationship issues and attachment wounds
Contemplating separation or navigating divorce
High-conflict co-parenting
Family Dynamics and Estrangement
Neurodivergence and Highly Sensitivity (ADHD, ASD)
Social anxiety and relational anxiety
Chronic overwhelm and burnout
People-pleasing and over-functioning
Identity shifts and midlife transitions
Addictive coping strategies
Perfectionism and internalized pressure
Complex Trauma ( CPTSD)
I draw from Internal Family Systems, CBT/DBT and Depth Psychotherapy to help clients understand themselves and their life on a deeper level.
I help clients understand their emotions and uncover old wounds and stories that may be showing up in their current life and relationships. We work with and process this suffering which helps clients find relief and connection to self and others. I work on many different levels with clients which can look like processing day to day challenges or deeply entrenched historical trauma.
Many of my clients are professionals, creatives, parents, and high-achieving individuals who appear capable externally but feel internally stuck in repeating relational patterns.

Depth-Oriented Relational Psychotherapy & Clinical Consulting
I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker (RCSW) providing depth-oriented relational psychotherapy and strategic clinical consulting for adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, burnout, attachment wounds, family conflict, and high-conflict relational dynamics.
My work integrates relational psychotherapy, attachment theory, Jungian and analytical psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), existential and humanistic psychotherapy, and evidence-informed clinical frameworks.
Therapy with me is not formulaic. It is a dialogue between two real humans. We explore how patterns live in relationships, in emotion, in the body, and sometimes in dreams or symbolic material. We work toward integration, not simply symptom management.
I offer both short-term focused psychotherapy and longer-term depth work, depending on your needs.
